In October, for the fifth year in a row, this site will be hosting a Nationwide Eat Local Challenge to encourage folks from all corners of our country to consider eating local food. We're putting the final touches on the details, and they will be coming shortly. So for the time being, please mark your calendar and start to consider ways -- large and small -- that your family can participate.
