Ask Eat Local Questions on the Fine Cooking Board this Week

Now days, more customers at the farmers' market ask me where our farm is located, rather than what our production practices entail (we raise livestock). Do you see this as a positive trend, or should consumers be equally or more interested in the actual production practices of a farm?

@Rebecca T. of HonestMeat; it will be much better if they show more interest on how you practice on your livestock production. But dont be sad, its still a good sign if they are looking for your farm. =)
